Sashco Timber Bright is a proprietary bio-enzyme liquid concentrate for cleaning wood, stone, brick, vinyl and more.

Timber Bright quickly and efficiently cleans any wood species to remove mold, mildew, and algae growths and helps dissolve common surface contaminants like pollen, dust, bird droppings, and more to leave a fresh and clean surface.

The exterior decks and walls of any home are a settling ground for dust, pollen and other airborne contaminants that dull the surface and encourage mold growth. A light cleaning once or twice a year with Timber Bright will keep a home looking beautiful and helps prolong the life of the exterior wood finish.

Special Notes:
• Check the weather before you start to avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.
• Sashco recommends Timber Bright application in dry conditions with surface temps between 40-90F.
• Check the moisture content of a wood surface before starting a cleaning project. Allow any wood surface to return to its baseline before applying other finishing products.
• Perform test spots in an inconspicuous area.

Sashco Timber Bright Mixing Instructions:
Mix Timber Bright with water according to the following specific instructions. To avoid damage to the surface, be sure to use the proper concentration for the job that you are performing.
• Exterior Use Mixing: Mix Timber Bright with water in a 1 part cleaner to 2 parts water solution, or as low as a 1:10 solution, depending on the condition of the surface.
• Interior Use Mixing: Unless thorough rinsing can take place, only use Timber Bright at (1:10) a 1 part cleaner to 10 parts water solution. A thorough rinsing is not necessary and the wood can just be wiped down at this lower concentration.

Sashco Timber Bright Coverage:
• Coverage: 300-400 sq. ft. per gallon of mixed solution containing water and Timber Bright, depending on the porosity and roughness of the wood surface.

Sashco Timber Bright Application Instructions:
• Remove any loose debris from the surfaces.
• Wet down surfaces and any nearby plants with clean water. If there are any concerns about sensitive plant life, cover those plants with tarps.
• Apply the mixed solution from bottom to top in an even coat using a brush or spray nozzle. Allow the cleaner to dwell for at least 5 minutes but not longer than 20 minutes
• For stubborn areas, scrub in the direction of the wood grain using a soft brush until the surface is clean.
• Rinse thoroughly starting from top to bottom, working downward with clean water. Warm water is best and will be more effective but is not required. Rinse plants and other vegetation in case of overspray.
• Allow wood to thoroughly dry a minimum of 24-48 hours before applying any coatings, stains or other products. Check with a moisture meter to make sure you are back to your baseline before applying any other products.

Sashco Timber Bright Equipment Cleanup:
• Flush equipment and tools with clean water.
