To find the status of your order
Log in to your account
After you log in, click My Orders. You can view the details of your orders, including:
- Your order number
- The date your order was placed
- The number of items in your order
- If your order has been shipped
- When your order was shipped
- Returns status
If you don’t have an account:
- Call 1-800-299-8981 and a customer service representative can tell you the status of your order, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- To follow the status of future orders, Create an account.
