Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus is a premium, translucent topcoat for Sikkens Cetol 1. The advanced alkyd resin with UV absorbers offers excellent durability and protection for siding and other vertical surfaces. Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus offers superior UV protection, and is highly transparent, water repellent, weather resistant, flexible, and breathable.

Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus Recommended Uses
• Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus may be used in conjunction with Sikkens Cetol 1 as a protective topcoat for exterior wood.
• Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus is normally used as the last one (1) or two (2) coats in the Cetol 1 and Cetol 23 Plus system.

Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus Coverage
• Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus covers approximately 400–500 sq. ft./gal. on smooth wood and 200 – 300 sq. ft./gal. on rough wood.
• Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus is touch dry after 4-6 hours. It is recoatable after minimum 24 hours usually at 68°F (20°C) at 65% relative humidity.

Sikkens Cetol 23 Use Restrictions
Cetol 23 RE, the reduced-emission version of Cetol 23, will be sent when shipping to one of the following restricted areas.

• Cetol 23 RE should be used in place of Cetol 23 for the following states: CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and N.E. Corner of Virginia (Counties - Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania & Stafford; Cities - Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas, & Manassas Park). Cetol 23 RE is only available in the above mentioned areas.
